Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the brave switch from in-house interviewers to a fully remote team. This enabled us to multiply the team, giving us the advantage of a wider global outreach thanks to multilingual, native speaking interviewers. However, it limited the potential to interact with the fieldwork.
Our Mission Control Room serves as a unique space for us to monitor all CATI interviews and provide constructive feedback to interviewers. Hence, this solution ensures our entire team is working to the same high standard we expect when conducting market research interviews, no matter their location.
